This is a CMT cross slide vise not Neiko. It can be bought for about $10 less labeled properly.
It's sturdy, but there is about 180 degrees of play in both axis, so any precision work w/ this is likely impractical.
Either buy this vise correctly labeled for less, or buy a more expensive/better model. There is nothing about this vise that deserves the label "professional".
